  • The account can be refilled only with the Middle East Africa 500-min prepaid voucher as often and as many times as needed with all unused minutes to be rolled over. The validity time will be combined, the maximum validity time of available minutes cannot exceed 2 years.
  • All unused minutes will be rolled over to the new voucher, provided the new voucher is loaded before expiration date of the previous one.
  • Calls to rare destinations such as other satellite systems, premium numbers, etc. are more expensive and will result in quicker depletion of included minutes.
  • Billing increment: 20 seconds

  • Return Policy:

    You may return your purchase yourself (excluding airtime) within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). Products must be in unopened, original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and materials included.

    • Unopened/sealed items: Subject to a 15% handling fee.
    • Opened or incomplete items: Subject to a 25% handling fee.
    • All items must be in resalable condition for a refund and will be checked upon return.

  • Warranty:

    All products come with a 6–12-month warranty depending on the product purchased. Batteries and airtime (which is also not refundable) do not come with a warranty. Certain second hand or pre-used items also do not come with a warranty unless specifically stated.
