    You may return your purchase yourself (excluding airtime) within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). Products must be in unopened, original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and materials included.

    • Unopened/sealed items: Subject to a 15% handling fee.
    • Opened or incomplete items: Subject to a 25% handling fee.
    • All items must be in resalable condition for a refund and will be checked upon return.

  • Warranty:

    All products come with a 6–12-month warranty depending on the product purchased. Batteries and airtime (which is also not refundable) do not come with a warranty. Certain second hand or pre-used items also do not come with a warranty unless specifically stated.

    Exceptional After-Hours Service

    On Sunday at 17:00, I bought Africa airtime for a global Isat SIM card. At 18:19, Gavin Magid went out of his way after hours to correct my error. He guided me to buy an Africa SIM card, which I bought on 03 August 2026 at 10:10 and received on 4 August at 16:33. Gavin immediately activated the card and seamlessly converted my Global airtime into Africa airtime for me. Absolutely stellar customer support, highly recommended!
