Return Policy:
You may return your purchase yourself (excluding airtime) within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). Products must be in unopened, original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and materials included.
- Unopened/sealed items: Subject to a 15% handling fee.
- Opened or incomplete items: Subject to a 25% handling fee.
- All items must be in resalable condition for a refund and will be checked upon return.
Warranty:
All products come with a 6–12-month warranty depending on the product purchased. Batteries and airtime (which is also not refundable) do not come with a warranty. Certain second hand or pre-used items also do not come with a warranty unless specifically stated.
